The are two possible reasons your card was not located. If you clicked on the card address (URL) in your email software and it took you right to this page then your address is correct but if you typed in the address yourself and got to this page then check the address you typed to see that it is exactly as it appears on your email notice. If you find an error simply correct the problem and try again.

If the address is correct then check the date your email notice was sent. Cards are only kept on the server for about 20 days. If your email notice was sent over twenty days ago then your card has been purged from the server to make room for other cards. If your card expired and purged it was permanently deleted from the server and there is no way to retrieve it. Sorry for the problem but it is necessary to clean out old cards to make room for the new ones.
